I finally got the chance to port the app for macOS! Although there are some control changes and different installation instructions.

For A-LIVE macOS installation: extract the app from the .dmg to your desired destination folder; to run the app you will need to use Ctrl-click -> Open (on Catalina 10.15.7 this needs to be done TWICE** for the system to show the "Open" option on the dialog message, probably it is the same for newer macOS versions).   

** ♪ "I wanna know know know know what is love?" ♪, lol, get it? xD ...

It is important to mention that you need to have installed macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 or a newer macOS version to run the App.

On the macOS Version, you must grant your Microphone's usage permission the first time you open the app; once granted you must restart the app in order to work properly (Seems like on macOS permissions work differently, so I'll look for a way to get around this eventually).

To move the character using the keyboard in macOS use the following shortcuts:

• Cmd + Ctrl + Left Arrow = Face Left
• Cmd + Up Arrow = Face Up
• Cmd + Ctrl + Right Arrow = Face Right
• Cmd + Ctrl + Down Arrow = Face Center

 The app was tested only in the following versions of macOS:

• High Sierra (10.13.6) 
• Mojave (10.14.6)
• Catalina (10.15.7)

So, for this reason this is sort of a experimental version, if you have a different version of those in the list or a more recent version of macOS (like Big Sur, Monterey or Ventura), please let me know which one you have installed and if it worked Ok for you, or if you happen to have a problem (there's also a Bug Submission Post on the Community Section if you'd like to post it there).
